End of Summer

Can't believe that summer is almost over.  It seems like it just began.  Ok, I love Fall but it has the real disadvantage of heralding Winter and I really can do without the Winters we have in Western Pa.  Things turn gray, trees are bare, and it is a truly ugly season with no let up until Spring finally arrives. This year, I am going to try to leave for the worst of winter and sail to the sun somewhere.  In the meantime, I will enjoy what is left of the great summer we have had and the oncoming colorful Fall.
